🎶 Fall Series Kick-Off Concert with Denton Philharmonic Orchestra

Led by Maestro Hank Chang

Join us as we launch the season with an evening of music that’s both iconic and inspiring. Maestro Hank Chang and the Denton Philharmonic Orchestra will bring to life some of the most beloved works in the concert repertoire:

Bizet’s Carmen Suite No. 1 — fiery, colorful, and full of Spanish flair.
Selections from The Sound of Music — timeless melodies that generations have cherished.
Dvořák’s New World Symphony (4th Movement) — one of the most thrilling finales ever written.

And for the encore:
🎻 Dvořák’s Humoresque and Brahms’s Hungarian Dance No. 5 — lighthearted, lively classics guaranteed to send you home smiling.

Spooky Symphonic Scavenger Hunt

Get ready for a Halloween adventure that’s full of music, mystery, and fun! This year, our Halloween celebration takes the place of Trunk or Treat with something new: the Spooky Symphonic Scavenger Hunt, presented in partnership with the Denton Philharmonic Orchestra.

Families will explore the Imagine Music Academy rooms in search of hidden instruments. At each stop, you’ll hear spooky symphonic sounds, collect candy, and earn a sticker to mark your progress on the scavenger hunt map.

The music won’t just stay on the stage — musicians will be performing throughout the building, creating a playful, immersive atmosphere as you make your way from room to room.

  • Discover instruments in each Academy room

  • Hear live “spooky” music along the way

  • Collect candy and stickers to complete your scavenger hunt map

  • Family-friendly fun in a safe, welcoming space

Calling all young music lovers! Join us July 21–25 for an exciting evening program just for 3rd–6th grade students.

Kids will explore rhythm, singing, and teamwork through fun, hands-on music activities. Whether they love to sing, drum, or just make joyful noise—this week is all about learning, laughter, and community.

No experience needed—just bring your energy and a smile!

Kick Off Summer with Music, Laughter, and Fun! 🎤🎶
Join us for Kids, Karaoke, & Cabaret — a week-long evening music camp at Imagine Music Academy, hosted by First Christian Church of Denton! From June 16–20, kids (ages 6 to 86!) will get the chance to sing their favorite songs with full orchestral backing, dress up in costumes, and perform for family and friends.

🎵 Dates: June 16–20, 6:30–8:00 PM
🎤 Final Performance: Sunday, June 22 at 2:30 PM (with refreshments!)
💵 Tuition: $150
